The Role:

As a Recruiter, you will play an important part in ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time. This internal Recruiter role would suit someone with agency experience who is keen to come in-house and learn the bigger picture - D&I, Succession, Employer Brand, Psychometric assessments etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Ensure an accurate, relevant and realistic brief is taken from the hiring manager
  • Actively source suitable candidates from cv databases and networks
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability
  • Respond to all applications in a timely manner
  • Liaise with hiring managers to set up interviews
  • Gain and deliver feedback to candidates
  • Assist the Recruitment Lead with reporting and providing information on any blockers, successful practise, insight and spikes
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market place struggles and new tools that can be used to support projects
  • Help roll out initiatives on Diversity, Belonging and Inclusion, Succession Planning, Candidate Journey, Employer Brand etc

This role offers the opportunity of flexibility, based predominantly from home, but with occasional meetings as required in the business or at our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Skills and competencies

  • A genuine passion for recruitment
  • Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise stakeholders
  • Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter and various social media platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume recruitment role
  • A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business
  • Working knowledge of ATS
  • Previous experience working within an recruitment agency is preferred.
