The role:

As a Data Administrator you will support our quality first ethos, providing administrative support to the wider business to ensure our product and pricing is accurate and up to date.

The Data Administrator role will support the Data Operations Supervisor to process products and pricing amends and support the wider team in replying to any data or pricing requests they may receive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the Data Operations Supervisor processing product and pricing amends within defined processes
  • To provide administration support in answering and processing the data operations form requests.
  • To be an advocate to the agreed processes and engage the wider business colleagues to follow them
  • To support the Data Management team with other tasks as might be required.

This is a Hybrid role based out of our Head Office in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Previous experience working within an Administrative or Data role would be beneficial. 
  • Able to review and challenge instructions where ambiguity may exist.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google (Sheets/Docs)
  • Excellent grasp of the English Language both written and verbal.
  • A team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
