The role:

As a Virtual Showroom Sales Team Manager, you will be a natural leader with excellent communication and organisation skills.  As the Virtual Showroom Team Manager you'll inspire and empower a talented team of bathroom sales designers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales, all within our dynamic online environment.

Working remotely from home, with your hands-on leadership, passion for sales, expert rapport building and commitment to team development, you'll ensure every opportunity is maximized, turning design dreams into reality—and exceeding sales targets.

You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective management of the team of 5
• Setting the standard of a sales orientated culture
• Delivering against sales and customer demands while maximising profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers
• Working and collaborating with branch colleagues to provide a seamless & superior customer experience.
• Managing the end to end sales journey for customers, putting their wants and needs at the forefront to ensure they achieve the bathroom of their dreams.

You:

You’ll have an innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.

Skills and competencies:

• Tenacity and resilience
• A pro-active approach to sales, with a strong desire and ability to win and grow new business
• Experience of customer relationship management and developing a true partnership approach
• Excellent communication skills 
• Self confident and self motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a wider team
• Ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information
