A fantastic and unique opportunity to join a people-focused, growing digital team across both B2B and B2C markets as a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Developer.
We are looking for a skilled CRO Developer to join our dynamic team to help optimise our digital experiences and increase key digital metrics. You will work closely with fellow CRO Developers, UX/UI designers, Digital Merchandisers, and Product Owners to implement A/B tests, improve website & app performance, and enhance user experience using industry-standard Mutli-Variant Testing (MVT) tools.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their digital and e-commerce skills and is passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences.
Day to day, you will be fundamental in delivering a variety of multivariate tests to create best-in-class customer journeys across the Highbourne group websites and app.
You will be applying a test and learn approach, using market-leading MVT, insight and analytics tools to understand customer behaviour and to optimise digital journeys for our trade and consumer audiences. You will use creative thinking alongside your analytical findings to build our test backlog and deliver the best digital solutions for our customers.
This role offers the opportunity of flexibility of predominantly working from home, but you should be within a commutable distance of our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire, for infrequent visits.
