The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast growing Multichannel Team to oversee our affiliate marketing channels.

As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and profitability through our affiliate marketing channels across both our B2B and B2C websites. You will take ownership of the affiliate marketing strategy, managing the annual budget and working closely with our partner agency to expand our network and optimise performance. This role requires a data-driven individual with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.

This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their digital marketing skills and is passionate about driving growth through digital channels.

Working alongside our other Senior Digital Marketing Executives in a people-focussed team, you will bring positivity, enthusiasm and a strong digital skillset to inspire your team, managing our expert agencies to ensure all revenue, ROAS and engagement targets are achieved across our affiliates marketing campaigns.

This role offers the flexibility of remote working with occasional travel to our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the annual affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise revenue and ROAS
• Performance Reporting & Analysis: Using multiple reporting platforms (such as Google Analytics) to deliver regular performance reports, providing insightful analysis of key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement 
• Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise data and analytics to continuously test, refine, and optimise affiliate strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Agency Management: Manage the relationship with our affiliate marketing agency, ensuring they are delivering against the agreed roadmap, diversifying our affiliate network, and driving channel profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with online trading and commercial teams to understand key trading initiatives and develop affiliate strategies to support these goals.
