City Plumbing is looking for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic People team, working directly with our top-tier leadership to drive performance and engagement across our CPS/PTS branches and Supply Chain.

As our Senior People Partner, you'll report directly to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for:
This role is based in Crick, Northamptonshire. Whilst the role is offered on a hybrid basis there may be need to travel to support your stakeholders.
You'll be an outcome-focused, curious, and energetic individual who thrives on collaborative teamwork within a wider HR context. You will enjoy working collaboratively with the wider HR team and you'll thrive on providing excellent people advice.
