Come and join us as a driven Head of People Experience, to support our team during a maternity cover for a duration of 12 months. As Head of People Experience your role will be to lead the core HR/people operational services including People Services, Payroll, HR systems and MI, Resourcing, Reward, and People Manager Advice (ER). Driving high performance and service levels through a measurable high quality colleague experience and a continuous improvement approach.
This is a hybrid role, our office is based in Crick-Northamptonshire.
You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and agile approach to problem solving. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider HR team and you’ll be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
It is likely you will have worked in any of the following products and/or services: Building Industry, Construction and Trade industry, FMCG, Retail or Supermarkets
