As a Payroll & Rewards Administrator, you will provide reliable administrative support to ensure our data is accurate and compliant. You will be assisting with everything from payroll processing to rewards maintenance and reporting. You’ll work closely with the Payroll Manager and the Rewards Manager to ensure our colleagues are paid accurately and our rewards run smoothly.
This is a hybrid opportunity, with a requirement of 2 office days based at our Head office in Crick.
You should be based in the UK and our Head Office is based in Crick, Northamptonshire.
You are a proactive individual who is keen to learn and thrives in a team environment. You pride yourself on your accuracy and your ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Payroll Clerk, Payroll Assistant, Junior Payroll Administrator, Payroll & Benefits Administrator, Benefits Administrator, Payroll Apprentice Systems Administrator.
