As a Regional Operations Manager at City Plumbing, you will be instrumental in our mission to improve homes, businesses, and lives. Working as part of the regional team, you will lead the performance and development of our workforce across multiple locations, ensuring excellence and coaching highly knowledgeable teams.
You will act as the bridge between current operations and future innovation, championing digital service offerings and modern ways of working to consistently provide the best solutions for our customers.
This is a role involving travel throughout a specific area, so a full driving license and ability to travel is a must!
