We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team, managing two direct reports and shaping the future of how we attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who understands that great people drive great business. Leading a small, high-impact team, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, leveraging data and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. By refining our employer brand and ensuring total compliance, you’ll play a critical role in building a stronger, more diverse workforce for the future.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in fast-paced recruitment environments, with prior experience in team leadership or mentorship. You are a systems-savvy professional, ideally with experience of Genius ATS, utilising the platform to drive operational excellence. Beyond the process, you possess a deeply analytical mindset, enjoying the challenge of interrogating recruitment metrics to translate complex data into actionable, high-level insights for the Board. Most importantly, you are a value-centric leader who believes that how we hire is just as critical as who we hire; you are a passionate advocate for candidate experience, ensuring our behaviours and employer brand are authentically woven into every interaction.
It is likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Recruitment Partner, Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruitment Manager, Recruiter or Talent Partner.
