The role:

As a Branch Apprentice, you’ll act as a first point of contact for our customers, building rapport with them and encouraging repeat business. You’ll be the go-to person for all customer's needs whilst naturally promoting and embracing our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attracting and securing new customers and business
  • Ensuring we maintain high standards, creating and maintaining a loyal customer base and providing a first class service
  • Assisting with the general duties within the branch
  • Getting involved in all Branch activities, gaining exposure and supporting all areas of branch business
  • Contributing towards the branch sales targets 

You:

There’s no need for any previous experience as our Specialist to the Trade Certificate (a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship) will arm you with everything you need to know about our business and the products we sell. We’re looking for individuals with the potential to build a long lasting career within our business, who are as committed as we are about delivering outstanding service to our customers. We are looking for our leaders of the future and our experts of tomorrow. To be successful on our Apprenticeship Programme, you will:

This role will require you to take on some driving responsibilities as and when required within the Branch. This will require all applicants to be aged 18 or over.
