Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for building relationships? Commercial at City Plumbing is expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Sales Representative. This role is perfect for people who are comfortable on the phone and want to grow their career.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the engine behind our growth. You won't just be selling, you’ll be identifying opportunities, re-engaging with past clients, and introducing the full range of Commercial at City Plumbing solutions to the non-residential sector.
We’re a new team so collaboration for us is really important. Whilst the majority of our roles will be hybrid, there will always be a need for in person interaction. So whilst we encourage all applications you must be UK Based and prepared to travel to our head office in Crick (Northamptonshire) at least three times a week after training. There will also be quarterly overnight stays.
You’ll live and breathe our customer-first ethos, with a proactive and “can-do” approach. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with our brand new Commercial at City Plumbing team and you’ll be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
You will bring a resilient and positive attitude to the team, showcasing the ability to handle objections with ease and turn potential challenges into successful opportunities. Your strong attention to detail ensures that all client information and follow-up actions are accurately recorded, maintaining the integrity of our data. While you are fully capable of working independently to manage your own desk, you remain a committed team player who actively contributes to our shared goals. Ultimately, you are defined by a results-driven approach, motivated by the pursuit of hitting targets and delivering a high-quality level of service to every contact.
